Do y"all dream in Southern?

Often, as we rehearse more and more hours on the plays at APT, I find myself find that moments in the play begin to seep over into my time outside of rehearsal, too. A particularly catchy song in the play will stick in my head (especially when you hear it 50 times in a row). Or a phrase of Shakespeare's will crop up in real life, or a situation that can be described using Shaw's brillant words. But, ay, here's the rub: A dream last night that I don't remember what it was about, or who it featured, but you know you're rehearsing a Lillian Hellman play when everyone in your dream speaks with a perfect Southern accent. See y'all at the theater, soon, y'hear? -Jacki Singleton, stage manager, Another Part of the Forest
