Ticket Policy

• All sales are final and nonrefundable.
• Promotions and discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and are not retroactive.
• A $12 service charge will apply to all phone, online, mail and group orders. Orders placed in person at the Box Office window do not have a service charge. Service charges are nonrefundable and apply to each individual order.
• APT accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards. Cash and checks are accepted for purchases in person at the box office, and checks are accepted for mail in orders (contact the Box Office to request a mail in order form).

Tickets may be exchanged until the day before the performance, no later than 4:00 pm.

Exchanges can be made for another performance (subject to availability). Ticket exchanges are not available online. Please call the Box Office at 608-588-2361 with your preferred exchange date and have your current tickets or order number in hand to make the exchange.

Ticket Donations: If you are unable to use your tickets, you may receive a tax-deductible contribution for their value by calling the Box Office up to one hour prior to the performance. Please have your tickets or order number in hand to release tickets as a donation.

The video and/or audio recording of the performance is strictly prohibited. Please turn off cell phones, watch alarms and any other electronic devices before the performance begins.

Patrons who arrive late will be seated at an appropriate interval during the performance at the discretion of the House Manager.

Children under six, including infants, are not permitted in the theaters as a courtesy to our actors and other patrons.

Please be wary of third party ticket resellers, which often appear at the top of search results. AMERICANPLAYERS.ORG is the only online ticket outlet authorized to sell official APT tickets. Tickets purchased from resellers or secondary markets may not be valid, and are not refundable or exchangeable. The resale of APT tickets for over face value for profit is strictly prohibited, and a violation of these policies.

No pets of any kind are allowed in either theater, or on the APT grounds.
