Each season poster is a delightful memento from the season and a loving nod to APT’s glorious Book of Summer. Framed, it makes a wonderful gift for your theater-going friend. Or, just collect them each year as a way to recall all of the magnificent memories made in our woods.
Poster certificates are sent by mail shortly before the season begins. To redeem, simply show the Gift Shop staff the email or download and print the poster certificate PDF.

Seeing the shows is what it’s all about, right? That’s why early access to ticket ordering is one of our most popular benefits. Here’s how it works:
Donors of $1,000+ (cumulative gifts between Jan 1-Dec 31) get access to order tickets prior to our returning patrons. Tickets can be ordered online, in person, or over the phone.
Donors of $5,000+ (cumulative gifts between Jan 1-Dec 31) have the opportunity to sign up for a concierge ticket appointment with our box office staff. This is the earliest availability for your favorite seating locations. If a concierge appointment doesn’t fit your schedule, you’ll still be able to order prior to returning patrons, either online, in person, or over the phone.

There’s nothing we like more than spending time with those of you who make our work and our woods possible! We enjoy getting to know you better and giving you a chance to get to meet and chat with the artists that make the magic happen.
Donors of $250 or more are invited to select one of our in-season donor appreciation events that take place throughout the summer.
Donors of $500 or more are also invited to one of our pre-season donor appreciation events to learn first-hand from our artists what’s in store for the upcoming season.
*Virtual event options will be available if possible or as needed based on safety conditions.
