Theater Rental
The 201-seat indoor Touchstone Theatre is available for rental when not in use by APT for rehearsals and productions.
Due to our intensive rehearsal and performance schedule, the outdoor Hill Theatre is not available for rental.

Costume Rental
APT's costume stock is available for rental to other professional theaters. With over 30 years of costumes, we have something for everyone. Contact the costume department at [email protected].
Picnic Shelter & Pavilion Rental
APT has two shelters in the picnic area available for rent. For more information on renting shelters, contact the APT Box Office at 608-588-2361, [email protected].

Information Sharing
American Players Theatre will never sell your personal information. We may occasionally trade mailing addresses with other non-profit arts organizations whose products may be of interest. Email addresses and phone numbers are never sold or shared with other organizations of any kind. To opt-out of mailing trades, contact the box office.

All payment transactions are processed through a Level 1 PCI compliant service provider and payment processor. Payment data is encrypted, tokenized and transmitted securely via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology in accordance with industry standards. We have contracts with our data processors to prevent unauthorized access and keep data from being shared with other organizations.
We store your name and contact data indefinitely so that we can link new data or transactions to an existing record to reduce the change of duplicate mailing and to maintain communication preferences. However, we may purge outdated or inactive records periodically.
Data Collection Preferences / Your Choices
Our website may be visited anonymously. An account is necessary if you choose to complete a transaction online such as purchasing a ticket. When creating an account, you can tell us your contact preferences. You may review and update your information and preferences at any time through your account profile or by contacting APT.
