APT Couples Experience Blessings and Challenges

Within APT’s core company and key administrative staff, there are five married couples, four of which frequently share the stage. You might already know Marcus Truschinski and Tracy Michelle Arnold, and James Ridge and Colleen Madden—four of the company’s most powerful and long-term company actors. But there are also Eric Parks and Cristina Panfilio, and Melisa Pereyra and Jeb Burris, the latter of which both starred in the 2015 shoulder-season production (staged by APT every November at the Touchstone Theater) of “The Game of Love and Chance.” (Parks is acting elsewhere this summer.) The fifth pair is Jim and Brenda DeVita. Jim is the company’s most recognizable actor/director and Brenda is reigning artistic director.
