Singin' and Workin' in the Rain!

OK, so it's not a full feature musical movie with Gene Kelly, but it is exciting none-the-less. Today is a great example of what it truly means to be a part of American Players Theatre.

While most folks would run for cover in the mist, wind, and drizzle, the actors, directors, and crew at APT keep on going.

Today the deck crew was able to set up a number of lighting instruments in the Up the Hill Theatre. Sure it was cold, it was wet, and sometimes, downright miserable but therein is the joy of doing what we do. The result is the show. The payoff is the experience that is not only what we receive, but the experience that the patrons receive. We can't wait for you to come and visit us. If you are visiting today- bring a poncho!
