2024 2025 School Year in Review Banner2025

Before APT Education closes the yearbook on another fantastic school year, we thought we’d take a look back at some of our travels during the fall, winter and spring and the amazing schools, students and teachers we worked with along the way.

Study up on some remarkable stats from the 2024/2025 academic year. Who knows: there may be a pop quiz at the end.

Student Matinees

The cast of Much Ado About Nothing welcomes the audience to a student matinee performance.

An APT tradition since the very start, our 2024 Student Matinee Series featured William Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing and King Lear, along with Nathan Alan Davis’ Nat Turner in Jerusalem.

More than 5,800 students and educators from 90 schools joined us for these electric day-time performances, representing 34 counties from across 3 states. After the performances, schools were invited to stick around for a post-show discussion with cast and crew members, which led to some informative conversations and plenty of laughs.

From Partner Educators

“Mr. [David] Daniel works really hard to ensure comprehension of Shakespeare's work while delivering a comedic approach that is relatable to teenagers. He designs upbeat lessons that allow students to work together to achieve a common goal.”

Kelli Houghton, Willowbrook Middle School, South Beloit

“By exploring the English language and poetry in vibrant, physical ways, students learn to recognize and interpret diverse uses and adaptations of language. They are encouraged to think creatively and engage their minds in exciting ways.”

Joe Newman, Veritas High School, Milwaukee
