Audience Reflections on The Two Gentlemen of Verona

This past Sunday epitomized the idyllic APT experience. Audiences started to arrive as early as 3:30 p.m. for their 6 p.m. show. Tables were set, bug spray was applied and around 160 people enjoyed the sweet and delicious Fat Jacks barbecue dinner, while others pulled out their own picnic to enjoy under a bright and shining sun. Around 30 minutes before show time, the picnic came to a conclusion and audiences started to traverse the paths uphill or towards the Touchstone. Molly Sweeney was playing indoors, and outside was The Two Gentlemen of Verona, one of Shakespeare's earliest comedies. During intermission and after The Two Gentlemen of Verona had concluded, APT asked audiences about what they thought of the performance. Check out the video below to see what they had to say:
