Tell us the story of the Spring Green General Store?

We are a café and modern general store, housed in a converted 1910 cheese warehouse. Independently owned and operated since 1976.

What will people love about visiting you?

Come sit on our front porch, eat with us, shop with us, or get some water for your dog. Our café features creative comfort food, including vegetarian and vegan options. We are famous for our weekend breakfast. Our modern general store offers everything from an inspired collection of women's clothing and jewelry, to children's toys and eco-friendly items for the home. Why is the Spring Green General Store a unique?

As a woman-owned business, we make a point of welcoming everyone into our place. We are the home of BobFest and BeatleFest, and host live music every Saturday afternoon. You'll find us all over social media. We have a beautiful mural on the side of our building- a perfect spot for a selfie!
