Build Your Own APT Cheese Board

This might be a bit cheesy, but we’ve created the perfect pun-filled picnic basket!

Falstaff Fontina - A cheese that’s rich (sometimes), nutty, sweet and slightly pungent. Fontina goes nicely with dried fruits and port.

Royale Punch - Whether the flavor is bold or light on its feet, bringing a fun beverage to a picnic is always a knockout.

Once Upon a Brie-ge - A light and smooth, soft cheese, you can enjoy Brie at room temperature or bake it for extra flare. Go simple by serving the Brie alongside apples and crackers. Or go the extra mile with topping like jam, honey, walnuts, pistachios, figs or dried cherries!

Rosemary and Wilde Thyme Focaccia - An herb and olive oil-infused focaccia is as irresistibly perfect as seeing Our Town on a starry night.

Clarice Lucrece Caprice des Dieux - Similar to a Brie that doesn’t take itself too seriously, Caprice des Dieux is buttery, nutty, and smooth with a bit of bloom (bloomy rind, that is). This French cheese works best with French wine (especially something that makes you feel bubbly, like a performance of The Liar). Pair this cheese with a baguette because, like comedy, cheese is all about balance.

Chekhov Chèvre - Chèvre covers as wide a range of cheeses as Anton’s Shorts covers aspects of humanity. So we’ll just pick one variety for now. Fresh goat cheese is great on crackers or in a summer salad with mixed greens, dried or fresh fruit, nuts and a light vinaigrette.

Romano & Juliet - We’re venturing from Verona to Parma for this next pick. Like Romeo and Juliet’s relationship, this cheese can be crumbly, flaky and great with pasta! A little Romano in a pasta salad is always a great addition to a summer picnic.

We can’t forget about dessert, so we have Mala Clementine Cake. Sweet, tender, silly and made with care, Clementine Cake is the perfect pairing for Mala.
