Mark Baker

Mark Baker is a management consultant with a background in strategy, execution, process design, and technology. In his 35-year career he has designed and led over 25 large scale change projects in roles as both a business leader and a consultant. He thrives on helping leaders shape and execute their strategies in a rapidly changing environment with a focus on business model, people, innovation, and technology enablers.

First introduced to theatre and APT through 4-H, he has attended APT performances for over 40 years and always loved the magic of the woods. As new residents of Spring Green, Mark and his wife Donna are enjoying the community and being APT neighbors. Mark has contributed his professional guidance at different points over the past 10 years and is pleased to join the board.

Mark earned his BBA in Accounting from UW-Whitewater and MBA from Northwestern University. Beyond theater, Mark enjoys cooking, cycling, hiking, photography, and is renewing his interest in golf.
