Elisa is thrilled to be returning to APT this year, having served as the voice and text coach for last season’s production of Mala. Some recent voice and dialect coaching credits include Coriolanus (Portland Center Stage and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival), the world-premiere of Real Women Have Curves the Musical (American Repertory Theatre) and Twelfth Night (the St. Louis Shakespeare Festival). Elisa is the Assistant Professor of Voice and Acting at UMass Amherst. She holds an MFA in Theatre Performance from Arizona State University, and is a certified teacher of Knight-Thompson Speechwork and a certified Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework®. www.elisagonzales.com
