Daniele Tyler Mathews is an NYC-based costume designer and drag artist originally from Nashville, TN in their 17th season at APT. Design credits: Midsummer, Much Ado, R&J, Hamlet, Oedipus, Macbeth, Engaging Shaw, Pericles, and Mary’s Wedding (APT); Hedwig (City Theatre); The Merry Wives of Windsor (GLT, ISF, LTSF); Shakespeare’s Will (IRT); Music City, Angels in America, Hedda Gabler, The Winter’s Tale (Bedlam NYC); I Am My Own Wife (LWT); Trans Scripts: the Women Part I (ART); NYU’s New Studio (2017-23); and new works with The National Queer Theatre. They are a Princess Grace Award Winner, 2014. They design and create custom clothes, including their own drag looks, as seen on Instagram @gloria_swansong.
