An inventory of past design work at APT includes a large amount of rusted metal, rolling couches, a giant quilt, various faux wood floors, several insanely long sheer curtains and a telephone pole. Other theaters have allowed him to adorn their stages with all sorts of trash, boxing rings, sand, dirt, smut, soiled carpet, gallons and gallons of orange paint, stolen warehouse windows, multiple dumpsters and vending machines, a working garage door and a proscenium made entirely of sausage. He is continually baffled and amused that he gets paid to do this.
