What maketh a poem, Wisconsin?

How about a bunch of texts about cheese and lakes?

Hundreds of guests at the Wisconsin Governor's Conference on Tourism earlier this month wrote some words about Wisconsin on their phones and then pressed "send." On the spot, David Daniel and Alys Dickerson of American Players Theatre wove those texts into a poem lovingly describing the state. It's now on YouTube at go.madison.com/wisconsin-poem.

"Cheesy" made it into the poem, as did the Green Bay Packers. So did "lakes" and "Hodag."
