W. David Romoser

W. David Romoser Vice-President David Romoser retired in 2007 as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of A. O. Smith Corporation, Milwaukee, WI. Upon his retirement he began his consulting practice serving corporations, individuals and law firms in settling civil disputes of every type and size through mediation and arbitration. In addition to serving on the board directors of the American Players Theatre he serves on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations and foundations as well as providing consulting services to not-for-profits. David and his wife Gael reside in Mequon, WI and enjoy their condominium near the American Players Theatre. David has be a director of APT since 1998."
