When jealousy overtakes King Leontes, he sets in motion a chain of tragedies—banishing his infant daughter and losing his queen. Yet the play’s second half blooms with hope, humor, and redemption, as a colorful cast of shepherds, clowns, and friends help restore what was lost. This bittersweet tale unfolds against the shifting seasons, offering a moving meditation on forgiveness.
