Tell us about the Fall Art Tour!

The Fall Art Tour began in October 1994. Initially, the tour featured 27 artists, but it has since grown into something much larger. This year, 2025, marks the 32nd annual tour.

The Fall Art Tour spans the communities of Mineral Point, Spring Green, Dodgeville, Baraboo and the countryside in between. Within those areas, the artistic and creative energy is bursting! The tour explores 46 one-of-a-kind studios of over 65 artists, tucked into the rolling hills, bluffs, and valleys. No two studios are alike, nor are the breathtaking views you’ll find as you meander through the driftless region. Showcasing these unique artists, their inspiring studios, and the beautiful autumnal views is a pleasure we enjoy year after year. We love this area and cherish all the wonders it has to offer.

During the event, artists will be in their studios, demonstrating and selling their work. These artisans include painters, sculptors, potters, weavers, jewelers, woodworkers, mixed-media artists and more. Many of these studios are open only for this event, providing a unique opportunity to meet the artists and purchase their work. Visitors will see firsthand how each artist creates their work and have the opportunity to ask questions. Watch painters bring life to an empty canvas and potters transform a piece of clay right before your eyes. There are demonstrations at every studio along the tour!
