Dramaturg, The Moors

Victoria P. Lantz is a scholar, dramaturg, and artist living in East Texas, and Associate Professor of Theatre at Sam Houston State University. She did dramaturgical work for APT in 2019 and 2021, most recently A Phoenix Too Frequent. When not teaching and doing dramaturgy, Vicky works on performance art about the female body and writing on tourism, theatre, and performance. She recently published an article in The Journal of Popular Culture and a book chapter in Performance and the Disney Theme Park Experience: The Tourist as Actor. Vicky is the Representation, Equity, and Diversity Co-Chair for KCACTF Region 6. She holds a PhD in Theatre from UW-Madison.
