Taylor Pfenning is excited for her first summer with American Players Theatre. Originally hails from the northern suburbs of Chicago before bouncing to and from New York City, where she studied acting at New York University‘s Tisch School of the Arts before getting her MFA in costume design at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She was previously the assistant costume designer for Choir Boy at Steppenwolf Theatre Company. Taylor has previously designed Measure for Measure at Montanna Shakespeare in the Parks, Coriolanus, Le Nozze di Figaro, and Origin Story at the University of Illinois, and Bad F***ing Hamlet at Armory Free Theatre.
