Neil is a Wisconsin based actor, writer, and visual artist. Previous directing credits include
HOUND OF THE BASKERVILLES at The Liberty Theatre Company and numerous short films. Wisconsin acting credits: Third Avenue Playworks, Renaissance Theaterworks, NextAct Theatre, Skylight Music Theatre, Door Shakespeare, and Peninsula Players. Regional acting: Great Lakes Theater, Boise Contemporary Theater, Idaho Dance Theatre, Opera Idaho, Company of Fools, Seattle Novyi Theatre, People's Light, Cadence Theatre Co, Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival, Tennessee Shakespeare Co., and ten seasons with the Idaho Shakespeare Festival. Neil co-authored and performs the solo show,
Bent Compass, about the true stories of an Army Medic. He has a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies - Boise State University, and an MFA in Acting - Northern Illinois University.
