Jake Penner is a freelance theater and film director based in Los Angeles. He is a former Artistic Associate at American Players Theatre and former Advisory Company member at Forward Theater in Madison where this Fall he'll direct Clyde's by Lynn Nottage. Recent credits: Heathers: The Musical (University Theatre, UW-Madison); Clarkston, Skeleton Crew (Forward Theater); The Taming (Edgewood College); Carrie, The Musical (Capital City Theatre); The Light (PBS-Wisconsin, Chicago/Midwest Regional Emmy® Award winner).
