Anna Gonzalez

Anna is excited to join APT and support all communities who share these marvelous woods. Anna attended Lawrence University majoring in English and Theatre. She also received a Masters of Arts in Shakespeare Studies from the Shakespeare Institute in Stratford Upon Avon, and an MFA in Shakespeare in Performance at Mary Baldwin University. Anna has worked in costume shops as a stitcher and served as Wardrobe Supervisor at variety of theatre companies including Glimmerglass Opera, American Shakespeare Center, and the Royal Shakespeare Company. Most recently, Anna worked as a First Grade Elementary School Teacher in Las Vegas, Nevada for eight years teaching 6-years-olds how to read and be kind.

Anna’s passions center around equitable communities, theatre education, inclusive performance, and diverse storytelling. She is thrilled to help communities connect to APT and is excited to support the experiences of all audiences in these beautiful woods. (she/her)
