Sherry Joiner Lundell

Sherry Lundell is the Director of Total Compensation and Payroll for A. O. Smith Corporation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has over 25 years of experience analyzing and managing health benefit plans, disability and life insurance benefits, and retirement plans at A. O. Smith. She also has expertise in designing and administering compensation plans for employees and executives. Prior to her current role, Sherry led a team implementing a new HR and payroll system for A. O. Smith. Early in her career, she worked as an employee benefits consultant.

In 2022, Sherry was named a Woman of Influence by the Milwaukee Business Journal.

Sherry earned her Bachelor’s Degree in both Mathematics and Economics from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She lives in the Milwaukee area with her husband. In her free time, she volunteers as a bird handler and educator in the raptor program at Schlitz Audubon Nature Center in Bayside, Wisconsin.
