2019 Bio: Phoebe is delighted to be returning for a second season at APT, where she was last seen as Ellie in Heartbreak House. She just completed the national tour of Me... Jane: The Dreams and Adventures of Young Jane Goodall (Kennedy Center). Chicago credits: The Burn (Steppenwolf), The Late Wedding (The Neighborhood Theatre), The Bridges of Madison County (The Marriott Theatre), La Havana Madrid (Teatro Vista), You on the Moors Now (The Hypocrites), and Quixote (Writers Theatre, understudy).
