Carolyn Hoerdemann

Carolyn is pleased to be back at American Players where she was last seen in Travesties, as Nadya Lenin. She has has performed in many Chicago theaters, some favorite roles are: Gypsy in Camino Real, Goodman Theatre; Mother Showman in Venus Steppenwolf Garage; Mrs. Alving in Ghosts, Mary Archie Theatre  Sleev in I Saw Myself, Clytemnestra in Agamemnon, European Repertory Company; and the Jeff Award-winning Scorched at Silk Road Rising. Carolyn has performed two seasons at Door County Shakespeare, and has a deep love for all things Wisconsin. Carolyn is on faculty at the Theatre School DePaul University, her Television credits include Chicago Fire and Empire. She is represented by Paonessa Talent.
