Weather Policy for The Gift of the Magi

If a performance must be canceled due to extreme weather conditions, we will make every effort to reschedule it. Patrons may receive tickets for the make-up performance or any other performance of The Gift of the Magi, based on availability. If patrons cannot attend another performance, they may receive a refund or an exchange for the 2012 APT season.

If a weather cancellation is necessary, we will post the information on APT's website at www.americanplayers.org and will attempt to contact ticket holders by email and/or phone.

If weather conditions are hazardous in your area but the show has not been canceled, you may call the Box Office up to one hour prior to show time to exchange for another performance, based on availability.
