All picnic dinners are served cold, with Mediterranean pasta salad, diced fruit and a brownie.

Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad – fresh greens topped with grilled chicken breast, chopped bacon, egg and diced tomato. Served with housemade bleu cheese dressing on the side. $13.50

Vegetarian Caprese Sandwich - ciabatta bread topped with fresh mozzarella, lettuce, tomato and pesto sauce. $13.50

Smoked Turkey Sandwich – thinly sliced smoked turkey, baby Swiss cheese, fresh spring greens succulently presented between thick slices of freshly baked focaccia, with basil-pesto mayo on the side. $13.50

Ham & Asparagus Salad Croissant – ham and asparagus salad on a croissant. $13.50
 
Goat Cheese, Chicken Breast & Almond Salad - a nest of fresh greens topped with a chicken and goat cheese salad. $13.50
 
Mediterranean Picnic Basket (Serves 4 people - $54.00) Includes Italian sandwiches – sopresseta, Genoa salami, mozzarella and provolone on foccacia with olive-basil spread; chicken salad; Mediterranean pasta salad; sundried tomato tapenade; herbed hummus; pita crisps; fruit salad and brownies for dessert. Plates, utensils and tablecloth also included, packed in an APT tote.

Most Bountiful Picnic Basket (Serves 4 people - $54.00 Serves 8 people - $96.00) Includes Italian marinated chicken breasts; caprese salad; Mediterranean pasta salad; seasonal greens; fresh fruit; locally produced cheese; freshly baked baguettes; pesto aioli. The picnic for 4 concludes with a flourish of brownies, while the 8-person basket comes with Hubbard Avenue Diner's famous strawberry-rhubarb pie. Plates, utensils and tablecloth packed in an APT tote.

*Picnic dinners and baskets must be ordered through the Box Office or online by 4 p.m. the day before the show. They are available at the concessions stand down the hill two hours prior to the show or after matinees.  No exchanges available day of show. Served rain or shine. Not available after October 6 or for fall morning matinees. Sorry, no substitutions.
