Cobb Sandwich – grilled chicken, bacon, egg, tomato on ciabatta bread, with blue cheese mayo on the side. $12.50
 
Caponata Sandwich – a vegetarian selection, with eggplant, tomatoes, capers, onions, and provolone on ciabatta bread. $12.50
 
Italian Salad Wrap - Genoa salami, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, capers, and mixed greens in a tomato basil tortilla. $12.50
 
Smoked Turkey Sandwich – Thinly sliced smoked turkey, baby Swiss cheese, fresh spring greens succulently presented between thick slices of freshly baked focaccia, with basil-pesto mayo on the side. $12.50
 
Mediterranean Picnic Basket (Serves 4 people - $48.50, or 8 people - $87.50) Includes stuffed Italian sandwich – Olives, pimentos, basil, sopresseta, Genoa salami, mozzarella, and provolone in Italian bread bowl; Salmon salad; Marinated artichokes; Spinach orzo salad; Herbed hummus; Pita bread crisps; Fruit salad; Baklava tarts; Plates, utensils and tablecloth packed in an APT tote.

Most Bountiful Picnic Basket (Serves 8 people - $87.50) Includes Italian marinated salmon filets; Chicken salad with grapes and walnuts; Spinach orzo salad; Fruit salad; Seasonal greens; Locally produced cheese; Freshly baked baguettes; Pesto aioli; Strawberry-rhubarb pie; Plates, utensils and tablecloth packed in an APT tote.

*Picnic dinners and baskets must be ordered through the Box Office or online by 4 p.m. the day before the show. They are available at the concessions stand down the hill two hours prior to the show or after matinees. No exchanges available day of show. Served rain or shine. Sorry, not available after October 3 or for fall morning matinees.
