Shakespearience Locations

• The Opening Reception and Keynote address will be held at the House on the Rock Resort, just a short drive from APT. The address is 400 Springs Drive, which is right off of Golf Course Road. Link to Google Maps here.
   
• Saturday sessions will be held at the Touchstone Theatre at APT. Sunday sessions will be held at the Touchstone Theatre and the Alpha Rehearsal Hall (next door to Touchstone).

Parking and Transportation

• There is ample parking at the House on the Rock Resort for the opening reception and keynote.
   
• Please note that shuttle service from the Resort is for overnight guests only and a shuttle WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE from the Resort to APT. If you're attending a show on Friday night, please plan to drive yourself to APT.
   
• Please park in the main patron parking lot for all Shakespearience sessions at APT. The tram will be available if you'd rather not walk to the theater. Please meet the tram at the shuttle stop. If you have special concerns about getting around APT, please call the box office at 608-588-2361 and they will be happy to assist you.

Food and Drink

• The opening reception features light appetizers and a cash bar.
   
• The keynote address will end by 6:30 p.m. on Friday. If you are attending an 8:00 p.m. performance,  you may want to make advance reservations for a quick dinner, order a picnic from APT, or bring your own picnic. Our picnic dinners must be ordered by 4:00 p.m. the day before your performance. The Riverview Terrace Cafe at the FLW Visitor Center is another convenient option. • On Saturday morning, we will serve complimentary coffee and breakfast snacks beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the Touchstone Theatre lobby.
   
• The concession stand in the Touchstone Theatre lobby will be open during all breaks on Saturday and Sunday if you would like to purchase snacks and beverages.

Books

• Books by most of our panelists will be available throughout the Shakespearience. On Friday evening, Arcadia Books will be on-site at the House on the Rock Resort with books for sale, and on Saturday and Sunday books will be available at the Touchstone Theatre gift shop in the lobby. Some panelists, including our keynote Marjorie Garber, will be available for book signings.
