Scenic Design, An Ideal Husband and Mary's Wedding

Takeshi is returning for the fourteenth season with APT where he has recently designed Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, Richard III and The Tempest.  New York Credits include Forever (NYTW), Gloria, Outside People (Vineyard), Three Kinds of Exile, Through a Glass Darkly, Port Authority (Atlantic), Adding Machine, Orson’s Shadow (Barrow Group), Doris to Darlene, B.F.E. (Playwrights Horizons).  Regionally Takeshi has worked at Alley, Cleveland Playhouse, Dallas Theatre Center, Ford’s, Geffen, Goodman, Hartford Stage, La Jolla Playhouse, Long Wharf, Mark Taper Forum, Old Globe, Resident Ensemble Players, Steppenwolf, Williamstown and Yale Rep.   He has won an Obie and has been nominated for a Drama Desk, Ovation, Barrymore and Connecticut Critics Circle awards.  He is an Assistant Professor at University of Southern California, School of Theatre.
