Carissa Dixon

Carissa Dixon Staff Photographer For the last several years Carissa has made Spring Green her home and is very involved with the community. Carissa fell into photography, and is honored to shoot primarily at American Players Theatre. Carissa started at APT in 2001 as Wardrobe Staff, then evolved into the Company Manager, and now Staff Photographer. Carissa currently co-owns Spring Into Motion, a local dance studio. Carissa served on the board of 4PeteSake, takes part in the community choir, and has proudly directed How to Eat Like a Child and Annie for River Valley Players. Carissa directed Little Shop of Horrors and Footloose for River Valley High School, which received several Tommys from the Overture Center. Carissa also sings at karaoke every time she gets the chance. In her spare time you will see her walking around town with her little Lhasa Apso, Maisy.
