Who would have thought that accepting a position in 1993 would lead to a 19 year history with American Players Theatre. Not Aleta. Having had a background in the medical field, association management and working as a lobbyist, joining an arts organization was quite a switch. But, as love would have it, she became fascinated with the creative process of this theatre and with the remarkably loyal ticket-buyers and donors that keep APT alive and well. It is great to reflect on the many projects that have occurred here over these years and the spirit with which everyone who comes here becomes engaged. Aleta is married to Duane, has two sons and 4 grandchildren and lives in Middleton. Aside from APT they and gardening are her passions.
